Every Fettle Network introduction comes with the referrer's standing attached. Bronze, Silver, or Gold — based on how many candidates they've referred, and how the hiring employer rated them after placement.

How we work

Four commitments, kept quietly.

i.
Salary transparency, always.
Every Fettle role lists the package up front. No "competitive" or "DOE." Candidates and clients deserve to know what they're talking about from the first conversation.
ii.
No spray-and-pray.
Network members only refer people they would personally vouch for. We only forward candidates we have screened and qualified. Three considered names beat thirty CVs.
iii.
Referrers paid properly.
A Network member whose introduction is hired earns $2,000 on a standard role, $3,000 on a senior one. Paid by Fettle out of our placement fee, not as an extra cost to the client.

We know the craft.
